Refund Policy

At Igrowker LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality training programs and ensure a transparent and fair payment process. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.:

  1. 1. Refund Eligibility

    • Before the program start date: If you cancel your enrollment before the training begins, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.

    • During the first week of training: If you cancel within the first 7 calendar days after the program start date, you are entitled to a 40% refund of the total amount paid.

    • After the first week: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the first week of training has passed.

  2. 2. How to Request a Refund

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@igrowker.com. The request will be processed based on the date and time the email is received by our team. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  3. 3. Non-Transferable Policy

    • Payments made for one program or cohort cannot be transferred to another participant or to a future training session.

  4. 4. Secure Payments and Trusted Transactions

    • Your security is our priority. All payments to Igrowker LLC are processed securely through Stripe, a globally recognized payment platform that meets the highest industry standards for data protection and encryption. We do not store your credit card details on our servers, ensuring full compliance with PCI DSS requirements.
