What are the program costs?
Program costs and financial terms vary depending on the program and are clearly detailed in the Program section for each certification.
Senior programs involve an associated investment that covers the full evaluation and certification process.
For the junior program, the training itself is free, and the certification carries an administrative fee.
Is the certification official? What is it for?
Certifications issued by Igrowker LLC are private professional credentials designed to validate demonstrated skills and competencies under defined evaluation criteria.
They are not academic degrees, but they can be used as professional credentials in work environments, hiring processes, and professional profiles.
What exactly does the certification validate?
The certification validates that the participant demonstrated applied competencies according to the program level:
- Junior programs: collaborative work skills, AI integration, understanding of professional documentation, agile practices, and functional delivery.
- Senior programs: architectural judgment, systems-level analysis, technical decision-making, and professional documentation.
The certification does not guarantee work experience or employment. It certifies compliance with evaluated competency standards.
Does this program guarantee a job, interviews, or hiring?
No. Igrowker does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.
The programs are designed to validate professional competencies and generate evaluable evidence that participants may use according to their own career strategy.
What prior education or experience is required for admission?
Requirements vary by program and are detailed in each program’s Requirements section. In general:
- Junior programs require prior education in the role being pursued. No work experience is required.
- Senior programs require solid professional experience (a minimum of 4 years) and a verifiable technical track record.
Admission is subject to evaluation and is not automatic.
What is the minimum time commitment?
Expected time commitment is specified in the Commitment section of each program.
All programs are demanding and require real availability, discipline, and continuity.
Is the program compatible with work or studies?
Compatibility depends on the program.
The junior program is an intensive training experience with a concentrated workload (75 hours over 5 weeks) and continuous collaborative work. For this reason, it is not compatible with very limited schedules.
The senior program is designed with the assumption that participants are actively working. The workload is more contained and compatible with professional activity, provided participants can sustain the required dedication for analysis and participation in synchronous and evaluative sessions.
In all cases, it is the applicant’s responsibility to realistically assess their availability before starting the program.
How is performance evaluated?
Performance is assessed through formal evaluation instances, which may include interim reviews, deliverables, presentations, and technical defenses, depending on the program.
Evaluation is based on predefined criteria communicated in advance, not on passive attendance.
Can I leave the program? What are the consequences?
Participants may leave the program at any time.
However, withdrawing from the program makes certification impossible and may impact the team in collaborative programs. No refunds or compensation are provided in case of withdrawal.
Please review the Refund Policy page for details.
What happens if I don’t obtain the certification?
If the evaluation criteria are not met, the certification is not granted.
Participation in the program does not imply an automatic right to certification. Each case is assessed according to defined standards.
Who owns the intellectual property of the projects?
Intellectual property varies by program:
- In junior programs, the code, designs, and documentation produced are part of a collective effort. Intellectual property belongs to the entire team, and each member may freely use the work created.
- In senior programs, intellectual property belongs to the participant, who may use the generated materials in their professional portfolio.
In no case are projects developed for companies or clients for commercial purposes.
Do participants work for real companies or clients?
No. Projects are not developed for external companies or clients.
All case studies are designed internally by Igrowker’s Product team, based on real and current market challenges, with a level of detail and realism equivalent to professional environments.
Projects are used exclusively for evaluation purposes and allow participants to work with documentation, business rules, and scenarios that replicate real-world dynamics.
Under no circumstances are contractual obligations created with third parties.
What sets Igrowker apart from other programs or certifications?
Igrowker focuses on competency validation through applied evaluation, not on theoretical training or automatic certifications.
The emphasis is on professional judgment, evaluated practice, and the application of international standards.
Is this a smart investment for my career?
Igrowker is particularly valuable for professionals who want to learn and make decisions in a controlled environment, without the risks associated with mistakes in real production settings.
For junior profiles, the program provides a space where making mistakes, iterating, and correcting is part of the process—allowing participants to gain real practice and professional judgment without the consequences those errors would have in a first job.
For senior profiles, the value lies in being able to explore complex decisions, evaluate alternatives, and take technical or strategic risks without impacting professional reputation or real production systems.
In both cases, Igrowker functions as a safe environment for professional practice—where learning comes from facing real problems, making real decisions, and analyzing their consequences. That kind of learning is hard to find outside of work and expensive to acquire inside it.
What happens after completing the program?
After completing the program and, if applicable, obtaining the certification, participants may add the credential to their professional profiles and use the generated deliverables as evidence in their portfolio or during interviews.
There is no obligation to continue or any post-program commitment.
Does the certification expire?
Currently, certifications issued by Igrowker do not have an expiration date.
However, Igrowker reserves the right to update standards and criteria for future editions.
In what language are the programs delivered?
Programs are delivered in Spanish, using professional documentation and industry-standard terminology in English, as is customary in the technology sector.
